⚠️ Mining News: Vipor Pool is Delisting Nexa

We regret to inform you that the Vipor.net mining pool has announced that it is delisting Nexa from its maintained pool services. The announcement was made on their Discord server on 6 December 2025, and we recommend that all affected users transition to another mining pool as soon as possible.

Explanation by Vipor Pool

The Vipor team announced the delisting on their Discord channel, noting that support for Nexa mining will continue for a brief transitional period. During this time, all previously mined blocks will still mature, and pending payouts will be processed before Nexa is fully removed from their pool lineup. Vipor has long been recognized as a multi-coin mining pool offering global stratum support and real-time statistics for miners, but an internal pool decision has ultimately led to this situation.

Alternative Mining

Nexa is a Proof-of-Work (PoW) blockchain that utilizes a UTXO-based architecture, the model also used by Bitcoin. Its mining ecosystem follows a predictable emission schedule and coin-tokenomics, ensuring a fair and transparent distribution of rewards. Miners play a key role in maintaining the security and functionality of the network, and in return, they earn Nexa coins for contributing their computational power, helping to support decentralization and long-term network stability.

Currently, Nexa mining is accessible to users with GPU or CPU hardware through various third-party mining applications. Detailed setup instructions and an up-to-date list of mining pool options can be found on our official mining page:

To Wrap Up

It is an unfortunate situation, but communication is essential in cases like this to keep the community informed about ongoing developments. Nexa follows Bitcoin’s halving cycles and coin-tokenomics, and during the first four years, 50% of the total supply is released, which can make it challenging to maintain high profitability for every miner. However, we believe this represents a temporary issue related to short-term revenue fluctuations and that it will not affect the long-term strength or stability of the network.
