I had about 133 million nexa coins. Nexa coins disappeared from wally wallet. There is nothing in the account transactions. Only the address that caught my attention is different from the previous address. What should I do? I couldn’t find any contact information about Wally either.

A new wallet generates each time you send or receive assets on NEXA I believe, please make you check correctly which address holds your NEXA and if you have your private key backed up. Also confirm address and assets transaction on explorer.nexa.org
It’s very important to have your wallet private key backed up, if it’s backed up your NEXA should be safe.
Alternatively, click on your wallet balance, click on the settings icon next to it, on the three button menu at the top click on addresses, you should be able to see which address holds your NEXA or you can also click on “View or Export Account Activity”.
