Nexa Monthly Ecosystem Updates – September 2025
Over the past month, the Nexa ecosystem has focused intently on establishing new partnership opportunities, and supporting developer-focused initiatives to make Nexa more accessible to builders seeking a scalable network to build upon.
From the public release of Build On Nexa (BON) to the latest Otoplo wallet update, the ecosystem is expanding its toolkit for builders. With progress in game development, security auditing, and major community events across Seoul and Singapore, Nexa remains focused on strengthening its infrastructure and empowering innovation across its network.
Build On Nexa (BON) was launched on 22 October 2025 for public use
- BON is Nexa’s official community developer repository. Consider BON your onboarding gateway to building powerful applications, services, and solutions in Nexa’s ecosystem. Whether you’re just getting started or already working on a project, BON provides the resources, tutorials, and tools you need to build confidently. With BON, we will be launching a builder program that will include AMA’s/virtual workshops, plus further releases of engaging guides and tutorials to support developers building on Nexa.
New Otoplo update 4.1.0 was released on 13 October 2025

In the latest release we have now added a DApp connection feature in Accounts, allowing Otoplo to communicate with decentralized applications (currently available on testnet).

Mobile-Specific Changes were also implemented: Introducing a modern new QR code scanner for improved scanning experience.
Nexa / B.U Game Development
- We are pleased to confirm that our team is actively building a digital game on Nexa. This game will demonstrate Nexa’s network capability to facilitate e-gaming use cases, and will be a fantastic way to engage new and existing community members while stoking on-chain activity. General event updates
- In September, not only did Nexa participate at Korea Blockchain Week in Seoul, we also hosted GameFi Unleashed in Singapore with EvolvH3R, Earnscape, Hashlock and ALL THINGS BLOCKCHAIN. This event was all about exploring gaming use cases and networking with some of the best up and coming, and established, gaming developers and founders in the industry. Nexa looks forward to welcoming new partnerships and projects in 2026 as we roll out BON and establish our first builder program.
