Something special happened in Kaunas this summer. On 6 June 2025, the very first BitMEX-hosted event in Lithuania brought together seasoned poker players, VIP crypto traders, and curious newcomers under one roof at Poker Garden, and it didn’t disappoint. Organized in collaboration with BitMEX, Nexa, and Wealth Masters, the night felt less like a standard tournament and more like a full-on celebration of everything exciting happening in the crypto world.
A Night to Remember
Guests arrived to find Poker Garden fully themed in crypto, with custom branding from BitMEX, Nexa, and Wealth Masters decorating the hall. Branded poker chips, in-game currency, and unique physical prizes gave the entire event a personalized, polished edge, it was a true experience.
Attendees included BitMEX VIPs, Wealth Masters Club members, local influencers, and members of the Nexa community. Representing Nexa on the ground was team member Endo, while Josef Weirauch from BitMEX led the organization of the event, near Gabriele from Wealth Masters.
Throughout the night, players competed using in-game money designed with the logos of each partner and of course, everyone left with some free Nexa coins and NFTs, wrapped in our now-signature blue Nexa envelopes. The top five players each took home a commemorative statue, complete with the BitMEX, Nexa, and Wealth Masters logos, plus coins, and one-of-a-kind experience to remember.
The tournament finale was intense, filled with pro-level play, major comebacks, and table-side excitement. Smoothly run, well-paced, and fun from start to finish, this was a full-blown success.
Nexa’s Presence
This event marked a key moment for Nexa, our first live collaboration with BitMEX and Wealth Masters. Participants got hands-on time with Wally Wallet, the lightweight Nexa wallet, with help from local promoters guiding people through setup and helping them claim their coins. The experience gave us the perfect space to share what makes Nexa different: scalability, decentralization, real utility, and a vision of peer-to-peer money, and the feedback was clear, people get it, and they want more.
BitMEX: A Trusted Name, A New Chapter
BitMEX came in strong as the main host, bringing their distinctive brand and energy to Kaunas for the first time. Their full-scale branding and presence at the tables gave the event a polished, and professional tone from the moment people walked in.
BitMEX is a pillar of crypto history, with roots going back to 2014 and the invention of the perpetual swap. And here in Lithuania, it showed that it’s a community builder too.
Wealth Masters: Educating the Next Wave
Wealth Masters brought their unique angle to the mix focused not on hype, but on education, financial strategy, and long-term thinking. Their members showed up strong, and many conversations throughout the night revolved around building wealth.
For many attendees, this was their first live experience with Wealth Masters, and it definitely left an impression. The club is quickly becoming a key bridge between everyday investors and deeper crypto knowledge, and this event proved just how much impact that can have when brought to the real world.
The Beginning of Something Bigger
This poker tournament was a proof of concept and it showed that crypto events don’t have to be giant conferences to be meaningful. They can be personal, focused, fun, and still pack real value. We’ve built bridges between teams, communities, and individuals, and we’re just getting started.
