Hi How much time it takes to reflect a recent transaction into my Wally iOS wallet? It is not showing there! Thanks
Hi. If you’ve withdrawn from the exchange, it can take up to half an hour. On-chain transactions are normally instant. Make sure that your Wally Wallet is synchronized and up to date.
I have the same problem. A week ago, I was changing my PC, so before I did that I sent all my NEXA to MEXC exchange (copy, paste wallet), I did it as always when transfering coins. after few hours, I saw there are confirmations on transaction and I did backup of NEXA HD wallet and I closed it. Installed new PC restored wallet , and as you can see in screenshot it says transaction was done, and there are more confirmations. and coins are gone BUT coins never deposited into my MEXC adress.
when i click on explorer.nexa.org it say following:
Uh oh. Something went wrong!
No such txpool or blockchain transaction
(If you just made this transaction, wait a few more seconds for it to propagate on the Nexa network. If the transaction never appears, it is also possible that it was incorrectly constructed, indicating a bug in your wallet)
I dont know what is happening here and why i lost all my coins and traansacion never deposited. can you please help me!
Hi. Make sure to back up your wallet first, and please re-index/re-scan your full-node wallet.
Hello Everyone,
I have a desktop PC with multiple GPUs where I started mining Nexa. I installed the Nexa Wallet version 1.0.2.0-3887b4086 on that machine to receive my mined coins. After a while, I noticed the wallet stopped syncing the mined balance, even though a significant amount had accumulated.
Later, I backed up the wallet and installed a newer version (1.4.0.1-5f642408b). It started syncing some recent rewards, but the old mined balance was missing. I accidentally reopened the old wallet version and saw the same updated balance, still missing the previously backed-up amount.
I tried sending coins to my MEXC account, but the transactions failed, even with small amounts. Then I tried transferring them to a friend’s wallet running version 2.0.0.0, but that also didn’t work.
I installed the latest wallet (2.0.0.0-824ea658f) on my laptop and scanned both of my wallet backups from USB. It only showed the first backup (15 million Nexa) and ignored the newer, higher-balance one. Even after reinstalling the wallet, it only displays the 15 million.
Now I can’t access or transfer the full amount from the mining PC either. Should I install the latest wallet version on the mining PC too?
I would really appreciate your help so I don’t lose the results of my hard work.
Hi, mate. Nexa had a hard fork event, which you’ve probably missed:
Make sure you’re using the latest software and that your nodes are connected to the network.
