We are working on new ways to make blockchain faster, cheaper, and easier to use. Our goal is to connect mining improvements directly to how we validate transactions. This will help our network grow and handle more users without slowing down.
We’ve found a way to link mining speed to how quickly transactions are processed. This means any improvements in mining will also make the whole system faster.
How it works
- Our mining algorithm will be the same as transaction validation, like checking signatures or looking up balances.
- We’ve added signature math (elliptic curve math) into the mining process. This makes it so better mining tools also improve transaction processing.
This approach keeps things simple and efficient for miners and the network.
Blitz - Hardware for Blockchain
We are also building special hardware to make blockchain better. Instead of doing everything with software, we are moving some tasks to hardware. This saves time, uses less power, and is more reliable.
Why hardware helps
- Some tasks, like checking signatures, are slow in software but much faster in hardware.
- Hardware nodes use less energy and are easier to run.
Our vision
- Small, affordable hardware that anyone can use, even at home.
- These devices will handle blockchain tasks, while your computer connects to them.
What’s Coming Next
- ASIC release - Not earlier than 2026, we’ll release a special mining chip to make mining faster and more efficient.
- Blitz hardware - Coming in 2025, Blitz will help process blockchain data even faster.
- Community updates - Over the next months, we’ll share more articles, videos, and tools about what we’re building.
