November marked a major milestone, the 10 Year Anniversary of Bitcoin Unlimited. A full decade of engineering, research, debate, and principled commitment has shaped everything from the early scaling era to the architecture that would ultimately evolve into Nexa. Alongside the anniversary, this month brought major conference appearances, ecosystem improvements, governance updates, and continued progress across wallets and developer tools.
Ten Years of Bitcoin Unlimited: From Scaling Bitcoin to Building Nexa
Bitcoin Unlimited celebrated its ten year anniversary this month, a fitting moment to reflect on the organization’s role in defending Satoshi’s original peer to peer vision and pushing forward practical, and user driven scalability.

Over ten years, BU iterated on governance, challenged entrenched assumptions, and ultimately brought its values into a new blockchain architecture. What has remained constant is a commitment to open governance, real scalability, and user autonomy, values that continue to guide us today.
